Really great walk through images, but your time-frame is a little off. The 18th dynasty (Amhose to Horemheb) was 1539 to around 1200) and the 19th (Ramses I to Queen Tawosret)from 1200 to around 1100, as the 11th Dynasty(Mentuhotep I to Mentuhotep IV)1900 to 1875), as my dates are approximate.

I met a friend of your last week, Dr. Cheryle Hart, which got me rethinking a subject near and dear to me, the Age of the Sphinx. My contention is that the present "head of the Sphinx" is a recarve, as it is under proportion to the rest of the body, though I do NOT subscribe to the theories of West and Schock. But may it have originally been a "true" lion, carved from a "gardang", prior to the Giza Pyramids? All other "sphinxes" throughout Egypt are in proportion, so why not the "Great Sphinx"? I will be in Egypt in late January, rersearching my book, and I would love to discuss this with you, of course if you have the time, which I doubt. But I hope I get your answer. Thanx, Steve

Hello!
I was hoping that maybe you could provide me with theory why are similar buildings (pyramids) on two separate continent, Africa and South America, how come people who had probably no idea about each other cultures provided world with similar architectural memorabilia's. Or were they aware about each other existence, then why? I would be glad to receive some feedback from you!

With best regards,

Kaido Sieberk
